How we work together
We begin with the breath — one of the most effective ways to regulate your nervous system and shift how you feel from the inside out. Your breath becomes a doorway to safety, clarity, and steadiness in your body.
From there, we use supportive coaching conversations to explore what else is influencing your wellbeing — your stress patterns, daily rhythms, boundaries, rest, and habits.
Reiki is woven through our work to help release held tension and restore balance at a deeper, energetic level. This combination supports not just short-term relief, but lasting change.
Between sessions, you’ll be offered simple, nourishing practices to help integrate the work into your everyday life, so the shifts you feel begin to settle and stay.
What this looks like....
We begin with an intake session (up to 2 hours) — a spacious and supportive conversation where we explore:
• how your current breathing patterns are influencing how you feel day to day
• how different aspects of your life may be shaping your habitual state of being
• the direction you’d like to move toward — the change you’re seeking
From there, we start to create your personal roadmap — a gentle, realistic path to help you move toward more ease, calm, and energy in your daily life.
Your follow-up sessions (held weekly, fortnightly or monthly) offer ongoing guidance, accountability, and support. Each session is intuitively tailored to you, blending conscious conversation, mini breathwork sessions, and Reiki to help you integrate, adjust, and continue moving forward.
Sessions can be online (zoom) or face to face in Tarzali.
3-session package (includes initial intake session + 2 follow-up sessions):
