For those who feel like they haven’t taken a full, satisfying breath in a long time…
A 3-session series combining guided breathwork with light, practical knowledge — helping you understand how your breath and nervous system work together, and giving you simple tools to support better breathing & nervous system regulation throughout your day.
These sessions will allow you to experience optimal breathing that supports your body to be at its best and experiment with breathing techniques focused on your personal needs such as emotional reactivity/regulation, sleep, stress, anxiety, focus/energy.
Session 1 - Awareness & Connection
We’ll explore how you’re feeling day to day, and where in your life you’re ready for change. From there, we’ll look at how you’re currently breathing, what a more supportive breath feels like, and how to gently shift it — while reconnecting with your body’s signals and inner guidance.
Session 2 - Breath & The Nervous System
What if your relationship with stress could feel different?
Learn how to use your breath with intention to both settle and gently energise your system, while building the kind of flexibility that helps you move through daily life with more ease.
Session 3 - Clarity & Alignment
What do you actually need… and what truly works for you?
This is where we bring it all together — refining a small, supportive toolkit you can use anytime, anywhere to move through your day with more ease, clarity, and steadiness.
In between sessions you experiment with a variety of breathing and other simple mind/body/soul tools so that you find the perfect fit for you.
You receive: a guided journal (PDF) to enhance your clarity during the 3 sessions and beyond/access to online community for support (not on social media).
Max 3 people per session so that you are deeply supported.

· Experience a powerful breathwork practice to silence the monkey mind so that you have space to hear and feel
· Spend time in stillness through reflection, journaling, and gentle awareness practices
· Connect with like-minded women in a relaxed, supportive space
This is about coming back to your wisdom. It’s about learning to notice what you feel, trust your own responses, and choose what genuinely feels right for you — so you become the authority on your own life, your energy, and your direction.
